Yes — we work with interior designers, hotels and restaurants regularly. Special wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders of 10+ pieces. Contact us to discuss your project requirements.

We accept bank transfers, UPI, and all major credit/debit cards. Custom orders require a 50% advance to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch.

Standard items: 3–5 weeks. Custom orders: 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We ship pan-India via trusted logistics partners.

Yes. We offer white-glove delivery with assembly in major cities. For other locations, our packaging is designed for easy self-assembly with clear instructions.

We currently ship pan-India. For international orders, please contact us directly — international shipping can be arranged for bulk orders on a case-by-case basis.

We primarily use sheesham (Indian rosewood), mango wood, teak, mahogany and acacia. All wood is sourced from certified sustainable suppliers. Visit our Materials Guide to learn more.

All Farmscraft products come with a 5-year structural warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and materials. Normal wear, improper care, or modifications are not covered.

Natural wood has unique grain patterns — no two pieces are identical, which is part of the beauty. The overall style, finish and proportions will match exactly.
